New Path Young Adults

New Path’s Young Adult Program supports individuals as they build independence, confidence, and life direction beyond the school years. Our services are designed for young adults who benefit from individualized guidance, real-world skill building, and meaningful social connection.
Young adults can schedule one-on-one life coaching focused on goal setting, self-advocacy, decision-making, and personal growth. Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and may address areas such as employment readiness, executive functioning, daily living skills, and emotional regulation.
In addition to individual support, young adults participate in small-group social gatherings and classes that encourage communication, collaboration, and relationship-building in a supportive environment. These groups provide opportunities to practice social skills, explore interests, and build confidence alongside peers.

Our program also includes community-based activities and outings, helping participants apply skills in real-life settings while fostering independence and community engagement. Through volunteering, local events, and shared experiences, young adults strengthen life skills and develop a sense of belonging.

At New Path, we meet young adults where they are- providing compassionate support, practical tools, and a community that helps them move forward with purpose.
